[Kreweoftruth] NYC: Katrina's Doctor Stuck for Irene

Dr. Brobson Lutz, the former City of New Orleans Health Director who served as doctor, coroner, psychiatrist, pharmacist and all around friend to dazed New Orleanians in the days after Katrina from his French Quarter home, just happens to be stuck in New York City for Hurricane Irene. 


As the 6th Anniversary of Katrina approaches, he's endured a rare earthquake in D.C. and is now helping puzzled New Yorkers prepare for a 100-year storm. It's all very familiar to him!
