[Hackrf-dev] SDR# and Win7 64bit

Although it can be a little confusing to setup, I've had great luck from
the free software at http://sdr-radio.com/  It has some very advanced
features once you past the learning curve.  V3 is in Beta, but I haven't
had any issues.
