[SSD Populace] Crown Quals and upcoming declarations for office

It's that time again to start taking declarations for office for the
upcoming 6 month reign period.
We will tentatively set crown quals for October 26th, so that means you
need to declare both publicly and in writing to our Prime Minister (Dame
Gwendair).
Available offices are:
Monarch
Regent
Champion
Guildmaster of Reeves

In order to declare for office, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be a dues paid member
Be currently voting eligible
Pass the most recent reeves and corpora test (per the Westmarch GMR, both
are open book)
Participate in the fighting tournament (or receive a waiver)
Enter qualifying items in the A&S tournament (5 for monarch or regent, 3
for champion).
