Regarding Parking on Saturday, April 20th, for Open House:

I talked with University Police and also with the SLO buses. Essentially
there is no parking on campus other than for parents and newly admitted
students (they will be parking in the H-lots, which are found close to Poly
Canyon Village and will be designated as Event Parking). The local buses
will be stopping at Santa Rosa Street instead of at Cal Poly (I'm not sure
about the buses that travel to the Performing Arts Center).

>From what ASI tells me, no cars will be allowed on the main part of campus

(namely, N perimeter road and near the football stadium) from 8am to 5pm on
Saturday.

Grand Avenue will be closed to traffic. The only entrance to campus will be
from Highland (and that leads straight to event parking in the H-lots).

Further information about Open House in general can be found at

And just in case you lost the earlier email, our booth will be lot A3 (refer
to maps). See ya there!
