the NEW ORLEANS FILM FESTIVAL PATRON PARTY AND GALA

The New Orleans Film Society (NOFS) is excited to announce that the red carpet will soon unroll for the annual New Orleans Film Festival Patron Party and Gala. This celebrated event will offer a “sneak peak” of this year’s exciting lineup for the 22nd Annual New Orleans Film Festival (held October 14-20, 2011). The New Orleans Film Festival—Louisiana’s only industry-recognized international film festival—presents a comprehensive, world-class program of film screenings and associated events: panels, workshops, receptions, awards presentations, opening and closing night events, and numerous opportunities for learning, networking and celebrating the finest in cinema, with a special focus on Louisiana-produced films.

WHAT: The New Orleans Film Society presents its annual fundraiser, the New Orleans Film Festival’s Patron Party and Gala. The event will feature the presentation of the 2011 “Celluloid Hero” Awards, two musical acts, a live auction, food by Chef Elizabeth Blanche and specialty cocktails by Mixologist Dallas Ray.

WHEN: Thursday, September 29, 2011
Patron Party: 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Gala: 8:00 – 11:00 p.m.

TICKETS: Tickets may be purchased on NOFS’ website in mid-August.
Patron Party, Gala & All-Access Film Festival Pass - $250
Patron Party & Gala - $150
(Premium cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served at the Patron Party).
Gala Only - $75
Gala Only (New this year: Cinephilia Price for attendees under 30) - $50
All attendees will have the opportunity to purchase All-Access Film Festival passes for a one-time only price of $100 the evening of the Patron Party and Gala.
Complimentary valet parking is included all ticket prices.
