[Hackrf-dev] HackRF Host Build from Windows with VS 2015

After a lot of help from people in this group I am able to complete a Windows 10 CMake process for the Host software.

The next problem is a compile error that I don’t know what to do with.
When I attempt to Build All, or any of the subprojects I get and error from pthread.h:
Code C2011 ‘timespec’: ‘struct’ type redefinition at pthread.h line 320.
Has anyone had experience with this error?
