[Hackrf-dev] FW: Upconverter

The hackrf will officially tune down to 1 MHz, although it was originally
designed to tune down to 10 MHz. The Ham It Up converter was offered as
part of a Kickstarter package, and it seems to work, although I haven't
used it much.
