[Hackrf-dev] Newbie question.

I would like to know if I can use the HackRF One as an analyser of
GSM/3G/4G signal strength throughout the country?

So if I drive around I can scan and see network strength of the various
telecom operators in a given area.

I know it is a very newbie question, but I hope you can help.
