[Hackrf-dev] Not recognized USB

I'm using Ubuntu 15 - the default OS on a droid xu4 - and in order for
my HackRF One to work at all, I had

  apt-get remove tlp

I tried to blacklist the HackRF in

  /etc/default/tlp

- the file used to configure power saving for the devices - by adding

  USB_BLACKLIST=“1d50:cc15 1d50:6089”

but it didn't work me.

You can always re-install tlp.
