I get very similar frequency results when I use kalibrate-hackrf and there
is an open bug against it with another user reporting the same.  I don't
know how kalibrate works internally, I haven't had chance to look yet, but
I suspect that this may be a bug in the tool rather than a problem with
your hardware.
