[Hackrf-dev] HackRF One Not Quite Working

Hello,I recently purchased HackRF One from Hak5. Until today, I thought my issues were related to my GRC scripts but I found someone with one and to my surprise his worked without issues with my code. We concluded after a few more tests that it looks like it is the device. I updated the firmware and the CPLD but the firmware update did not change anything. The fm radio example from Mike's tutorial is just noise.  I am using the 75MHz - 1 GHz Telescopic Antenna that came with it and the following hackrf_info output is:
