[Hackrf-dev] Hackrf One not detected and no usb led

If I plug in my hackrf one on any of my usb ports, I have no USB LED  turned on. The 3V3, 1V8 and RF LEDs are working.
I'm using Pentoo 2015.0 RC 4.6. The 'hackrf_info' command returns 'No HackRF boards found'. No Hackrf one is detected using dmesg / lsusb.
Using DFU mode doesn't change the output of dmesg or lsusb.
 
Is it a hardware defect ?
