Hi Charley,

The STM32F469 has an on-chip USB2.0  FS (Full Speed = 12 Mbps) "PHY", 
but to operate in USB2.0 HS (High Speed = 480 Mbps), it needs to be 
connected to a "ULPI" PHY chip.

Does the STM32F469 Discovery board include a ULPI PHY? if not, I think 
that you will be seriously disappointed with the minimal bandwidth that 
you will be able to sample with your HackRF, that is, if it even works 
at all.

The HackRF takes 8 bit samples of each of the inphase & quadrature 
baseband signals. So, for say a 20 MHz sample rate, this is 16 bits x 20 
MHz = 320 Mbit/second + USB overheads...
