[Hackrf-dev] HackRF not working - help

Hi Dominic,
I take no action after the download except to issue the lsusb and hackrf_info commands.
lsusb output before & after dfu-util download:

LED status remains the same as my initial symptom description; The 3V3 LED illuminates normally, ALL other LEDs are illuminated but very dim. When I push DFU and RESET,  the RF LED goes out. After the DFU download the RF LED comes back on (but still dim).  Almost seems to me that the HackRF is resetting (on it's own) right after the download?
