Was your signal using more bandwidth?  Or did you increase the Tx/Rx
bandwidth/sample rate settings?  How wide is your data signal?

If you change the bandwidth that the HackRF One hardware is using, you
are no changing the bandwidth of your signal.  If you have maxed out
the data rate of the signal that you are producing, you can look at
other methods of modulation and transmission that can make use of the
increased bandwidth available.  This could include multiple GMSK
channels or using something like OFDM with multiple sub-carriers.

What do you mean by "poor sending data rate"?  The bit rate of your
GMSK modulation?
