[Hackrf-dev] How to set Tx power

Hi, I’m using HackRF One and I want to use frequency 2150MHz
However, when I set high frequency(my case : 2150MHz), the Rx can’t receive any data from the Tx
I used sample rate 16MHz and my flow graph (GNURadio) like below:
Tx)
File source -> packet encoder -> GMSK mod -> osmocom sink
Rx)
Osmocom source -> GMSK demod -> packet decoder -> file sink

I researched about Tx power and I found maximum Tx power as frequency
10 MHz to 2150 MHz: 5 dBm to 15 dBm, generally increasing as frequency decreases
2150 MHz to 2750 MHz: 13 dBm to 15 dBm
2750 MHz to 4000 MHz: 0 dBm to 5 dBm, increasing as frequency decreases
4000 MHz to 6000 MHz: -10 dBm to 0 dBm, generally increasing as frequency decreases
Also I tried to set Gain level at osmocom sink, but I don’t know how to set the Tx power to maximum
Which parameter is effect on Tx power ?
Thanks,
