The hackrf is no more showing in the device manager list. It stopped showing 
suddenly.

Is the green USB light on?

Did you plug it in to a different USB port? If so, you may need to
reinstall the driver.

Yes, Now the Green LED is ON once again suddenly and the hackrf is being 
recognized and its showing in the list.

But, now there is another new issue ? the sound from the head-phone is no 
more coming . Otherwise the headphone is working fine with other sound file 
and etc.

Tony,

If the HackRF is working (i.e., if you can see a waterfall), then you?ve
most likely misconfigured whatever software you?re using to listen with it.
