[Hackrf-dev] Run out of options to get HackRF One working :(

You said you have an rtl dongle. You can try connecting the hackrf to the
rtl with an sma cable and using hackrf_transfer to play out a cw signal.
This should show up on the rtl. It's not rx, but it may provide people with
some more feedback for troubleshooting if the TX is also behaving oddly.
