[Hackrf-dev] FM transmitter

OK, I give up.

How do I make a plain FM mono transmitter using HackRF and Gnuradio/GRC?
This is from a .wav file. The intent is to generate a signal at 45 MHz in
the old FM band.

I can get a vague semblance of signal,
but all wrong rate.
