[Hackrf-dev] Hackrf can't find libhackrf even though it exists

If George's method doesn't work, you might also need to
edit /etc/ld.so.conf so that it includes /usr/local/lib/, then run 'sudo
ldconfig' again. Here's a good article that describes the problem you're
having and how to fix it (scroll down to "Absolutely Simple, Best Fix
