[Hackrf-dev] Jawbreaker firmware update fail

Typically when I start getting  "hackrf_open() failed: HACKRF_ERROR_NOT_FOUND (-5)" errors, I do a DFU boot with hackrf_usb.bin then, I do a SPI flash with hackrf_usb_rom_to_ram.bin.  You can read more about the firmware update methods at https://github.com/mossmann/hackrf/wiki/Updating-Firmware
