The following outing has just been added to the schedule:

August 19th - 21st                                Friday - Sunday
Mount Emerson via SE Face

Day climb the SE Face of Mount Emerson.  Route involves 2,000' of (primarily
3rd and 4th class) climbing with a pitch or two rated 5.4.  Friday meet at,
or carpool to Four Jeffrey Campground.  Saturday enjoy the relatively short
approach, climb the "Waterfall Route" to notch and traverse the exposed
ridge to summit. Descend on scree to trail.  That late afternoon/evening,
return to camp.  Sunday we head home.  Two campsites reserved, climbing
