[CMCEmail] Looking for info

My Spinal doctor has recommended surgery to fuse the L3-L4 vertebrae (TLIF
Surgery) and I'm trying to gather information .  If you've been thru this or
know someone who has I'm getting mixed signals as to what I'll be able to do
long term. back packing, skiing, surfing, SAR.
