Slideshow
There will be a pre-Red Rock Rendezvous BBQ and Slideshow by climber Kate
Rutherford occurring at the Red Rock Climbing Center in Las Vegas, NV.  The
BBQ will begin at 5:00pm and the slideshow will start at 7:30pm.  Come out
and have a good time, the AAC will be there!

Rendezvous

Red Rock Rendezvous is the country's largest outdoor climbing festival.
Held in the Red Rock escarpment 15 miles west of Las Vegas, Nevada the event
supports an attendance of over 1,000 individuals.  Clinics taught by
world-class athletes, climbers, and guides offer instruction to vertical
adventurers of all abilities-from beginners to the most advanced.  Topics
cover all things climbing and range from Intro to Bouldering to Advanced Big
Wall Rigging and Self Rescue; from Sport Climbing to Mental Training; from
Footwork and Technique to Women's Specific Climbing to Offwidth Crack
Climbing.  This is the one climbing event not to be missed!

The American Alpine Club will be there representing and will be contributing
to the auction: a day of rock climbing with general rock crusher Rob Pizam,
including a Including a Sterling Rope hollow block, chain reactor, and
falcon biner in a new Sterling chalk bag; a C.A.M.P. Mach Express 5-pack and
Photon Wire Rack Pack; a Certificate for a pair of Scarpa shoes; And an AAC
Logo Arc'teryx Delta half zip mid-layer.  Come stop by the AAC booth and
hang out with us!
