Lake Forest Charter School Again Among Top Performers in Louisiana, Ranking #2 Statewide for K–8 Schools and #1 in Orleans Parish
New Orleans, LA – November 20, 2025 — Lake Forest Elementary Charter School has once again distinguished itself as one of the strongest academic performers in Louisiana, according to the 2024–2025 School Performance Scores released by the Louisiana Department of Education.
Lake Forest earned the second-highest score of all K–8 schools statewide and maintained its position as the top-performing school in Orleans Parish, achieving an SPS of 118.5, solidifying its “A” rating. The school was also named a Top Gains Honoree for its continued growth.
