Limited Spots Still Available at “A” Rated Open Admission Charter New Orleans Military and Maritime Academy (NOMMA) until Oct. 1
Designated Naval Honor School serves all metro-area parishes with100% on-campus, in-person learning
The New Orleans Military and Maritime Academy (NOMMA), an “A” rated, open admissions public charter school adjacent to the Marine Forces Reserve national headquarters in Federal City, has limited spots available for the 2021-22 school year in grades 8-11. Parents who want to enroll their student at NOMMA due to uncertain re-opening dates in their area are urged to call the school at 504-227-3810 or go online and submit the cadet survey application online at website nomma.net no later than October 1.New student admittance to 12th grade is only authorized for relocating military families.Located on the Westbank of New Orleans, NOMMA welcomes students from all parishes of the metro areas. Interested students must go to one of these locations by October 1 for enrollment prior to admission:

New Orleans Military and Maritime Academy (NOMMA) is an “A” rated, open admissions public charter school serving the Greater New Orleans area. NOMMA is both a Top Gains and Equity Honoree, boasting a 94 percent graduation rate and test scores that exceed state and city averages. NOMMA has a 100 percent student body participation in the Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (MCJROTC), and was designated as a Naval Honor School due to superior performance of its MCJROTC program. NOMMA has a rigorous college preparatory curriculum and also offers career and technical training.
