Subject: ALERT: TYPE 2 WIN IN LOUISIANA SUPREME COURT!!!!!




Type 2 Charter Family!


It's a big win! The Louisiana Supreme Court ruled in our favor and for state-authorized, Type 2 charter schools. They found that charter schools are in fact public schools and that their funding via the state's Minimum Foundation Program is in fact constitutional. 


We are in the process of reading through the ruling with our attorneys but wanted to make sure you heard the great news. According to the attorneys, this is the full victory we were hoping to receive!
