Madison Smither SPI '15 and Donovan Bendana PLE '15 will be hosting an information session on November 16 for anyone interested in the Yale Young Global Scholars Program. TheYale Young Global Scholars Program is a two-week academic summer experience for student leaders currently in 10th or 11th grade. The highly selective program takes place on Yale's campus in New Haven, Connecticut and is administered by Yale University. The program hosts six sessions during the summer months: 
Politics, Law, & Economics (PLE)
June 19 – July 2, 2016
For students with interests in understanding American legal principles, economic ideas, and values and practices of government in historical and comparative perspectives.
International Affairs & Security (IAS)
July 8 – July 21, 2016
For students with interests in international relations and security and learning historical lessons about leadership.
Technology, Innovation, & Entrepreneurship (TIE)
July 26 - August 8, 2016
For students who are interested in how innovations science or technology become a reality.
Applied Science & Engineering (ASE)
June 19 - July 2, 2016
For students who want to explore the application of physical & computer sciences and engineering.
Biological & Biomedical Science (BBS)
July 8 - July 21, 2016
For students who want to delve deeper in the study and application of life sciences.
Sustainability, Energy, & Environment (SEE)
July 26 - August 8, 2016
For students who are interested in the study and application of natural and environmental sciences.
