International Schoolof Louisiana Hosts 5k Spring Shuffle  

What:             
International School of Louisiana Hosts 5k Spring Shuffle and 1Mile Run to promote health and wellness in the community.

When:
Saturday, March 7
7:30 am – On-site Registration
8:00 am – 1 mile Run
8:30 am – 5k Run
Activities until 10:30 am

Where:           
LaSalle Park (next to Zephyr’s Field)
6600 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70003

Why:  
Enjoy family friendly race and support a great cause with ISL’s 5kSpring Shuffle. 

Free massages will be available for all participants by Blue Cliff College. Theevent will also include a live DJ, Thai yoga and Tiger-Rock Martial Arts demonstrations,zumba classes, and a special warm up by Les Rebelles Dance Troupe. Food andrefreshments will be on hand as well as raffles and prize giveaways.

Early registration is $10 for children, $25 for adults, $40 forfamilies, and $100 for a team package.  All early registrants receive afree t-shirt.
