[CharterSchools] Ben Franklin named 16th in nation, N.O. Sci High receives $122, 000 donation from Brees Dream Foundation, Lusher student honored

Benjamin Franklin High School Ranked 16th Best Public High School in the Nation by U.S. News and World Report
Franklin is also rated fifth in the "Top Charter Schools" list and 4th in the "Top Magnet Schools" list subcategories.





Lusher Senior honored as Entrepreneur of the Year


The awards honor Louisiana youth who are "Building Greatness" while promoting good citizenship, entrepreneurship, leadership and excellence.





Brees Dream Foundation Donates $122,000 to New Orleans Charter Science and Math High School


The funding will be used to provide advanced elective classes in such areas as geology, environmental science, engineering and robotics, computer literacy, film and photography.
