[SSD Populace] Votes for New Monarchy

Now that quals are over and done with, we get to move on to the actual  
elections.

I would like each member of our voting members to email me votes on  
the following:

For Baron:
Cronin (Email me a vote of Confidence, No Confidence, or Abstain)
Cronin is our current Baron, and successfully qualled, participated in  
the requisite number of tournaments, and passed his reeves and corpora  
tests.

For Regent Pro-Tem:
Wardevil (Email me a vote of Confidence, No Confidence, or Abstain)
Wardevil is our current Regent.  He did not qual, and did not pass  
Reeve's or Corpora tests.

For Champion:
Predator
Sebastion
(Email me a vote of Predator or Sebastion.  Alternately, email me a  
vote of No Confidence on both or Abstain on both.)
Predator is our current Champion.  Both candidates qualled  
successfully, and fought in the requisite number of tournament  
events.  Neither candidate passed a Reeve's test.

For GMR:
Only Reeve Qualified members may vote for this office.
Qazyr (Email me a vote of Confidence, No Confidence, or Abstain if you  
are Reeve Qualified.)
Qazyr passed his Reeve's test, and thus qualifies for this office.
