[SSD Populace] Amtgard, Saturday 9/7/13

Technically, this weekend is our Midreign where Dame Gwendair will be
stepping up as our new Prime Minister.  Normally we'd be having a
Weaponmaster Tournament and Dragonmaster Tournament (Arts & Sciences), but
a few of us will be out of town this weekend and we didn't want to rush
things.
So we'll postpone that until next weekend and have normal Amtgardy goodness
at Santa Rosa Park.  So start working on your tournament form and gather up
any items you want to enter in the A&S Tournament.

Also, there will be no fighter practice this week as real life is
precluding us from hosting.
If anyone else wants to host they are welcome, otherwise we'll look towards
hosting another one next week.

Also, a big thank you to Azalin for doing a fantastic job of holding with
the PM duties for the past year.
