Didn't it really bug you that there are more than $91 million in unpaid parking tickets? I mean isn't that more than the city "deficit"? And then I had this random thought...I guess we all better forgive Housing Advocate James Perry! Someone find him and encourage him to run again. I've always thought he is someone we need to keep encouraging to be in government...
