Then go to the "Input Rate" window and type in

  4000000

and see if that works.

If doesn't try

   2000000

You have to figure out your sampling rate of your computer - we can't do
it for you.

It was already suggested you go through the tutorials

In the tutorials it shows you how to determine your sampling rate.

Ignore the audio rate for the moment - if the card samples at 44.1 kHz
then it helps to have gqrx audio sampling rate slightly higher.
