[Hackrf-dev] Building the Tools with Windows

I have modified the build process for windows x64 with inputs from Dominic Spill and have progressed a bit.
I am now to the point where I need some input on the CMake process.
I have the step-by-step process on my web site:

and any help getting me past the current roadblock would be appreciated.
