[Hackrf-dev] cannot talk to more than one hackrf one with Ubuntu 14.04

Accroding to the gr-osmosdr wiki page, one can use the serial number
instead of the device index:
http://sdr.osmocom.org/trac/wiki/GrOsmoSDR#HackRFSourceSink

Maybe that works better.
