[Hackrf-dev] High Noise Floor

Wanted to thank Mike and Dominic for their responses.

1. I did perform the antenna mod.
2. Use of other tools produced the same results. I even switched to a
different laptop and different cable to see if that had an impact.

3. I updated the firmware some time ago, and was pretty sure that I did the
CPLD at the same time. But just to be completely sure I updated it again.
IT WORKED! Thanks Mike for that suggestion!
