[Hackrf-dev] Error trying to build HackRF tools

On Debian followed instructions to build HackRF tools.

Receive error after running: cmake ../ -DINSTALL_UDEV_RULES=ON

Error is:
CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are set to NOTFOUND.
Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake files:
LIBUSB_INCLUDE_DIR (ADVANCED)
   used as include directory in directory /root/hackrf_files/hackrf/host/libhackrf/src
   used as include directory in directory /root/hackrf_files/hackrf/host/libhackrf/src

Tried installation several different ways but received the same error.
