[Hackrf-dev] bricked hackrf

I do not know why, but my Jawbreaker board is running the lastest firmware on Mint 17. It is recognized by the system and operates as expected with every program I've tried. When I plug it in the OS detects it and identifies it correctly in dmesg. However, it is not visable in lsub. I haven't investigated it beyond that but thought I would report my situation.

hi mike!

i tried with different USB cables, different laptops, windows, linux, android, powered hubs -

no success; the only difference if i plug the hackrf in is that it sounds like a mosquito-app :-(

first i thought the usb-connector has a shortage or a bad contact, but i measured the voltage behind

the connector and it seems ok

thanks,

robert

Can you confirm that you see nothing different if the DFU button is held
down while plugging in the HackRF? Also please try with a different USB
cable just in case that is the problem.

Thanks,

Mike
