[Hackrf-dev] Swtiching between external & internal clock

Currently, clock switching detection is automatically done at the beginning of the main loop of HackRF's firmware code. 

And you cannot execute hackrf_si5351c while HackRF is running, because HackRF is occupied. It's only some kind of a debug tool. 

But there is possibility to add a new command line switch for HackRF's driver and firmware so that you can specify the reference clock source manually.
