[Hackrf-dev] Ghost attack using HackRF

I'll see if I can find time to write up the instructions this weekend. The
only tricky part was a patch to gnuradio for a missing threading library
function. I believe it may break setting CPU thread affinity in gr blocks
under cygwin, otherwise it seems to work.
