Ps to install it just copy dll to fobar2000 install folder/components

PS: you can only transmitt NBFM and WBFM no amplitude modulation podible

PPS: yku cant feed audio in the program just playlist

PPS: when transmitting you will hear: tik tik tik but its bearly notable

PPS: I DIDNT WRITE THIS IT WAS SOME GUY FROM CHINA
I JUST FORKED IT BECAUSE I WAS FEARD THAT IT WILL GO away
