Hi,

I found that iBeacon broadcasting protocol is pretty simple according here:

http://www.warski.org/blog/2014/01/how-ibeacons-work/

So I did a experiment to pretend iBeacon by using hackRF.

Two tests: 3 beacons of different distance and thousands of beacons in
short time.

bin files are here:

usage:

hackrf_transfer -t filename -f 2402000000 -a 1 -x 47 -s 8000000 -b 4000000

Have fun.
