[Hackrf-dev] HackRF USB voltage

I've been fighting the HackRF for some time now . I now can get it
working with my Nexus 7.

The problem ended up to be the Nexus USB output power when it is more
the 70% charge on the battery. the output of the power off

it is more than 5.1 volts apx 5.27 volts. and it will not connect to
the Nexus when it is at that high of voltage.

But if we run down the Nexus 7 to 70% the voltage at the USB is low
enough the the HackRF will connect to the Nexus 7.

I'm going to try a small resistor in series with the Plus voltage to
drop that Nexus voltage down so it will work at full charge.

Were using the RF Analyzer program on the Nexus to play around with
the HarkRF .

Just some info . Hope it helps someone else.
