[Hackrf-dev] Need a HackRf forum

I find mailing lists great if you just need to keep your eye on something,
for example new firmware release info etc.

If a forum is used then there must be a RSS feed...

I'm not really sure why people prefer a forum, however, I'm not going to
speak out against doing this.  In my eyes a mailing list is approximately
the same as a forum, as it is archived and searchable.
