Isn't it considered illegal to decode those transmissions?

Doesn't look like it's been maintained in a while but that's probably
a good starting point.

It's a code thing more than a hackrf thing - the hackrf should be
fully capable of receiving DECT, the problem is the decoder in
gnuradio.
