[Hackrf-dev] HackRF Hang while Tuning with GQRX

I've seen this in SDRSharp, if I tune too rapidly it stops sending
data. Though it doesn't appear to be a hard crash because stopping and
restarting the plugin (closing and reopening the device) works fine.
Likewise restarting GQRX should resume normal usage.
