Not yet.  I just found my Olimex ARM-USB-TINY finally, so I'll mess with
SWD soon.  Meanwhile I've been assembling boards and working on adding
LPC43xx support to libopencm3 in this fork:

It is only just far enough along to be able to compile a blinky program,
but I have the same problem with execution that I had with the
Ubertooth-derived environment.

I'm thinking that libopencm3 is the way forward.  It was pretty easy to
get this far with it.
