California Mountaineering Club Board of Directors

2012 Election Ballot

 

 

1.  Vote for up to three candidates only.

2.  The voting process for the board of directors will be as follows:

  a.)  The ballot attached to this newsletter can be mailed, but must be
received on, or before October 18th.  Mailed ballots must be placed in a
separate sealed (inner) envelope with the CMC members name printed and
signed on the outside of the sealed (inner) envelope.  The ballot cannot be
counted unless you print and sign your name on the sealed (inner) envelope.
The mailing address is:  California Mountaineering Club, P. O. Box 5623,
Pasadena, CA 91117-0623.

- OR -

  b.) The ballot attached can be delivered in person to the "Inspector of
Election", Joe White, at the Membership Meeting on October 19th.  The ballot
must be placed in a separate sealed envelope with the CMC members name
printed and signed on the outside of the sealed envelope.  The ballot cannot
be counted unless you print and sign your name on the sealed envelope.  

3.  Ballots will be tallied at the October 19th, 2011 Membership Meeting.

4.  The three candidates receiving the most votes will comprise of the Board
of Directors.

5.  The Board will decide amongst themselves, who will serve in each of the
officer positions.
