CMC members - The following outing has recently been added to the schedule:





Jan 23rd –
24th                                      Saturday
–Sunday                                         "Little
Picacho" 

This is the lowest peak on the DPS list and one of the most enjoyable
little adventures. Round trip is ~6 miles, with 1500' gain; about 8 hours,
because of the logistics, requiring belays, rappels, some aid climbing and lots
of air. We'll plan to drive down Saturday, have a pre-climb potluck/happy hour
and campfire (if it's cool enough) and get a dawn start on Sunday. Rock shoes
not required (unless you want to try the 5.8ish sections). Contact Asher
